Help Desk Services
Our Help Desk is equipped to provide 24/7 support via e-mail, chat, VoIP and other communication channels for all your technical support needs relating to e-mails, application servers, networks, operating systems and web servers.
Desktop Services
We undertake management and maintenance of desktops/laptops/servers; configuration of PCs for different operating systems/software/packages; implementation of the diagnostic tools for monitoring the health of PCs on-site or off-site as required. We also offer incident management, web and e-mail support and upgrade, proactive maintenance and alert messaging systems.
Network Support Services
From monitoring and managing your current network to suggesting and implementing a suitable networking solution, we take care of all your networking requirements. We manage and maintain networks on-site as well as off-site. We can implement our own network monitoring tools or third party software to monitor your network 24/7.
Server Management Services
We manage server platforms (Windows, Solaris, AIX, UNIX and AS 400), application servers, ftp, mail list and telnet servers. For one of our offshore customers, we manage mission critical servers from India. We provide them a dedicated facility with controlled access and high-speed alternative lines of connection for server management.
Asset Management Services
Our Asset Management services include collection of Asset Inventory, quarterly stock taking, alert to customer on deployment status of software/packages, integration with customer purchase process and linkage of Asset Database to Helpdesk with updated user information.
Application Software Management Services
We manage application availability, create users/groups, manage profiles, monitor alerts, buffers and formulate monitoring policies, analyze performance monitoring reports and take corrective measure. Operations management of applications, bug fixes, and feature correction of applications, enhancements and upgrades of applications, application development support and maintenance are also undertaken.
